Modern Touch Renovations Inc. was founded by Richard Falle, a Burlington builder with more than twenty years in construction, to deliver renovation and remodeling work that holds up to scrutiny — in the joinery, in the engineering, and in the bookkeeping.
Founder’s note
Richard Falle (the founder) has the highest standard for project management. He has worked in the construction field for over 20 years doing both residential and commercial renovations. When you hire Modern Touch Renovations Inc, you’re hiring a dedicated project manager that will hand pick the perfect team of fully licensed professionals in their trade, specifically for your project.
Through the years, Richard managed and worked on the most difficult and high precision jobs which were outside the normal scope of construction. Richard has managed and collaborated on projects with the Brian Baeumler approved community. He has also been chosen for projects following The Mike Holmes Inspection Show and jobs for The Property Brothers. He has also managed projects for Home Depot, Rona, and Lowe’s.
Richard’s goal is to take Modern Touch Renovations to the very top while focused on client happiness, to make every project a success. Keeping homeowners safe, satisfied and educated when it comes to home renovations is also a top priority.
